Eyeshadow Primer



Ingredients
½ teaspoon foundation (tone that matches your skin)
½ teaspoon moisturizer or face lotion
1-5 toothpicks for mixing
1 old eye shadow container (thoroughly washed and dried)

Steps
1.      Mix the foundation and moisturizer with a toothpick.
2.      Store in a repurposed cosmetic container.
3.      Apply with sponge or brush. (Keep fingers out of the container to prevent bacteria from growing.)

Ginger Massage Oil



Ingredients
2” knob of ginger, coarsely chopped
½ cup almond, grape seed, or olive oil

Steps
1.      Blend the ingredients at high speed until liquefied.
2.      Strain into a non-breakable container.

Olive Oil Hand Treatment



Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1cup fresh lemon

Steps
1.      Heat the olive oil in a pan until it is just warm. Be careful not to overheat or you will burn yourself.
2.      Pour the lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl.
3.      Soak your hands in the warm mixture for 20 minutes to soften your skin, fade sunspots and liver spots, and whiten and strengthen your nails and cuticles.

Heels of Honey



Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
1teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon almond oil

Steps
1.      Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2.      Apply generously to the soles of your feet.  Allow your feet to soak with mixture on in a pair of socks for at least 30 minutes.
3.      For really cracked feet try to do it twice a week for best results.

Spinach & Kale Mask



Ingredients
½ lb washed organic spinach
½ lb washed organic green kale (stem removed)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup heavy cream

Steps
1.      Puree all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2.      Apply the mask in the shower.
3.      Rinse and gently towel dry.
